Enjoying Cold Drinks and Fresh Foods
To date, we power over 30 fridges in Togo. They are used in small shops to cool drinks and store fresh meat, vegetables and medicines. The owners of these shops earn a stable living thanks to SolergieBox electricity.
The biggest barrier for local people to opening a shop with a fridge is the initial cost of the fridge. Because it is profitable both for the shopkeeper and for us, SolergieBox regularly prefinances fridges or other equipment for local businesses.
